Marion, Iowa – Epiphany, a Corridor public relations and marketing firm, announced today they are growing their team with the addition of Revlis Hansen as a spark editor.
“You won’t spend very much time with Revlis before you see that they are very bright. I have had the pleasure of watching them grow up and admire the way they boldly leverage their strengths to help others.” Says Owner Christa Nelson. “Editing is a thankless job, but so needed in our fast-paced world. Their attention to detail is an invaluable asset to our team.”
Revlis Hansen is a Cedar Rapids native, having grown up among the City of Five Seasons and all of its quirks, bumps, and potholes. Because of this, they have also grown up with a love for all of its small businesses and its communities. Revlis is a Kennedy High School graduate currently studying Chinese Language and Secondary Education at Valparaiso University in Indiana. With a drive for helping people and spreading knowledge and joy through writing, Revlis has been an editor for several years, most notably for the Kennedy High School Yearbook as well as a freelancer for various teachers, professors, and students alike. Outside of writing and editing, Revlis is a vocalist, violinist, and a traveler, enjoying putting themself out there both on the stage and on the road. Already having been to Guangzhou, China for school, they plan on studying abroad in their junior year at Valparaiso. In their free time, they enjoy curling up with a book or spending time with their partner.
“I’m so excited to be joining the team,” Shared Hansen. “Having a dream that’s so focused outside of the US, it’s very nice to come back home and foster the spark of creativity and joy my own community has. Editing and writing is a passion of mine, and I’m really excited to apply it here where I can help people and encourage positive change in my own communities.”
Since its launch in January 2018, Epiphany has quickly become the local marketing firm to watch. Team Epiphany has a keen interest in helping local companies and nonprofits achieve success. The growing agency offices out of the MEDCO Loft Coworking space and at MERGE in Iowa City. The shared work spaces have enabled the firm, which provides a full-range of marketing and public relations services, to grow and expand.
